The Directors of Society are pleased that actions are being taken at all levels of the game to eradicate match official abuse in all forms. This fits with what LADS stands for and applies to all those involved in rugby in any capacity.

“Afternoon

You will be aware that the game is losing referees due to in some part the increased levels of disrespect and abuse they are receiving.

The two Chairs Graeme Roberts, Richard Elliot, and myself have considered this matter and have chosen to issue the attached document that deals with this point.

For information, this will not be applied to current outstanding cases but will come into effect from 01/01/2024.
