Referee Abuse
LADS take all forms of referee abuse very seriously. Its important to attend mid monthly meetings on a regular basis to ensure you are aware of all processes, protocols, remain on top of laws and ref techniques to manage the game to allow you, the players and other involved with rugby to enjoy the game. Fitness is also important, remember one of our sayings, "get fit to referee, dont referee to get fit".

All incidents of personal abuse from players, officials, club members and
spectators, before, during or after a game, including in the Club House MUST be
reported to the Society.
The Match Official Abuse form and guidance is available on this website in this section and must be returned as soon as possible, note 7 day cut off.
