Location - SEFTON RFC Thornhead Ln, West Derby, Liverpool L12 9EY
Meeting in Car Park Outside the Main Club Entrance
This is an outside training event, NO Meeting. Come in training kit and expect to do various stations and practical training. No fitness testing or fitness session so come along and learn in a hands on and experiential manner.
NO FOOD
DO NOT GOTO COLLEGIATE WE ARE NOT ABLE TO USE THEIR PITCHES. GOTO SEFTON RFC
Expect 1900-2030hrs +/- a bit either way depending on the weather and how things go.
