It is our strong recommendation that this is a task that is delegated within your club to a responsible person with a remit to put in place the required temp/perm barriers and a responsible person reminds all players/subs and spectators of their obligations.
Finally you should make your club, its officers, coaches , players and subs aware that no approaches should be made to the match official at half time. You approach them, they dont have a "right" to do the opposite.
