Subject: Notice of Annual General Meeting – LADS Ltd 2026
Dear Member,
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Liverpool & District Rugby Referees Society Ltd will take place on Monday 11th May 2026 at 7:00pm at Prenton Rugby Club. NOTE the change of address as NBRFC can not accomodate us. PRENTON RUGBY CLUB is the venue. The bar will be open but NO FOOD on the evening as per normal AGMs.
The meeting is called in accordance with the Company’s Articles and all members entitled to vote are invited to attend.
The evening will include the election of Directors, with all current Directors standing down and eligible for re-election, followed by the AGM itself. We will cover the minutes from last year, reports from the Chair and Secretary, the financial position and approval of the accounts, along with updates across referee welfare, club engagement, recruitment, development, appointments, gradings and wider Society matters. We will also recognise contributions across the season and set out priorities for 2026–27 before closing with any other business.
If you are unable to attend, you may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf in line with the Articles.
If you wish to stand for a Director position or want an agenda item considering at next Exec meeting, please let me know by email at scholes.conal@gmail.com inline with our articles.
